CJ Living Co. (CJ Custom Homes) carries comprehensive Limited Liability Insurance and WCB. Homeowners are advised to seek Course of Construction insurance during new builds, and it may be mandatory depending on your financing. We can discuss this in our initial meeting.

In most cases, YES! If you have existing drawings, we will review and discuss what the process looks like to move forward. Keep in mind, drawings often need to be updated to be accepted by our local municipalities for permitting.

We value your relationships and contacts, but in most cases we prefer to work with our own tradespeople. This allows us to adhere to scheduling and budgets without personal relationships getting in the way! However, we realize there are exceptions to (almost) every rule, and welcome further conversation.
